My name is Sandy Stanley. I am trained as a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui Reiki system. I have been practising Reiki since 1999. I am also a Crystal Therapist, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner, member of AAMT (Advancement of Meridian Therapies). I teach meditation, run Reiki Exchanges, Reiki Workshops, Higher Energy Workshops & do shows. I am available for talks/workshops, contact me if this interests you or a group you run.

My other training previous to this was in Beauty Therapy and Massage.

My interest lies in helping people to help themselves to better health and aiding their spiritual journey. After some years of illness myself I understand the need for the body to be balanced so that life can be enjoyed.

My journey, like most of you reading this, has been an interesting one. Many things to learn from and work through. I have had a love of meditation for over 20 years and found both meditation and Reiki invaluable to get me back to my true self.

I love working with Reiki energy, guides, angels, archangels, ascended masters (company of heaven and elsewhere, “higher beings”).

All the above have brought much to my life, far more than I could ever fill you in on. All these wonderful energies wish to help you too.

Now I am spreading myself to bring you many glories and to help remind you of who you really are - a wonderful being!
